Leading Edge Integration assists Petland corporate office, Petland retail locations worldwide

 (CHILLICOTHE, Ohio, April 26, 2007) – Local pet store franchise company Petland, Inc. has announced a strategic partnership with Chillicothe-based technology consulting firm Leading Edge Integration, LLC.

Leading Edge Integration will assist Petland, Inc. in managing its corporate IT infrastructure. The company also has the capabilities to assist both domestic and international Petland franchise locations with their in-store operations systems.
Leading Edge Integration already has begun working with the Petland store in Flagstaff, Ariz., to provide remote support as well as a helpdesk hotline. This allows the staff at the Petland store in Flagstaff access to technicians who can quickly answer technical questions or resolve complications they may have with various computer hardware and software applications.

The software utilized by Leading Edge Integration allows technicians to see, as well as control, the computer on the remote end, thus eliminating the need for the user to explain what is being displayed on the screen.
